Contract Administration

Our client owns a luxury block of flats close to Regents Park in central London. The basement garage was prone to flooding and had generally become dilapidated.

Our brief was to restore the garage to provide a modern parking area commensurate with the location of the building. Our solutions included a new drainage and tanking systems, together with new ventilation and lighting installations, resin flooring and signage. Electric charging points were also installed.

All vehicles had to be removed for the duration of the works so it was important that the project was delivered efficiently and on time.
