Our client owns this prestigious 1930s, art deco style building in South Kensington, London. Extensive repairs and decorations were required to all facades. We undertook detailed surveys of each elevation and prepared a specification of works. Having obtained tenders, the project is presently on site.
The proximity of adjacent buildings has presented challenges, necessitating the negotiation of a scaffold over-sailing licence and other party wall matters to be resolved with adjoining owners.
