A private company run by the residents owns this Grade II listed building near Hyde Park. The client wished to refurbish the internal communal areas to a very high standard, commensurate with the building’s style and location.
We worked with a leading interior designer to scope and agree the design with the residents. The works were specified, tendered and project managed by us, meeting the client’s brief and providing much enhanced circulation spaces.
