Our client owns this mixed occupation residential development overlooking the River Lea in East London. In late 2019 a fire devastated several flats, luckily with no loss of life or injuries. Substantial damage was also caused to the structure of the building.
We were appointed to act as project managers and contract administrators, co-ordinating consultant engineers and services engineers to undertake the reinstatement works. Having specified all the requisite works and obtained tenders from contractors and liaised with the insurer’s loss adjusters, the project is presently on site.
