Contract Administration

Our client owns this prestigious mixed use Grade I estate overlooking Plymouth harbour. Three of the buildings required extensive repairs and decorations to the facades and roofs and we were employed to survey, specify and oversee the works.

Due to the historic nature of the buildings, liaison with local conservation officers was required to ensure that the correct materials were used throughout the renovation works.

Local contractors were employed to deliver the project to a high standard.
